A royal wedding veil

It’s a fact! We all think that we followed closely the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle-the Wedding of the Year 2018. Are you sure though that you didn’t miss anything?

How many details do you know about Meghan’s wedding veil? Not much? We are more than glad to enlighten you then!

Meghan’s veil was 5 meters long and represented the 53 Commonwealth countries, as it was embroidered with the flora of every one of them. Each three-dimensional flower was unique and embroidered by hand. In fact, the really interesting part is that the tailors were washing their hands literally every thirty minutes in order to keep the veil as virgin as possible.

The result was truly unique! This beautiful craft was based on a diamond diadem, which was actually Queen Elizabeth’s!
